Please read over these important Studio Policies before scheduling your appointment
Because every guest’s experience is important to us, we ask that you arrive about 10 minutes prior to your salon appointment time. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for canceling a single service appointment at the salon and 48-hour notice for canceling a multiple service appointment. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another guest and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of L’Oréal Professionnel hair salon services for you as well as others. If you cancel your appointment and the applicable 24- or 48-hour notice is not given, your credit card is subject to be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. Cancellations or “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice.
Every stylist at James Geidner Hair Studio charges according to their level of training, demand of time and expertise.
